We are thrilled to announce the December release of AwareID, which brings more versatile and reliable functionality for businesses and users. The enhancements include a new mobile app developed in the Flutter platform, workflow improvements, mobile-based verification, low-friction document enrollment, refreshing user experience with transactions and applicant screens, and an iOS app for offline identification. Additionally, the platform now offers efficiency improvements such as direct updates for non-cloud customers and a developer hub that can help explore the power of biometrics.

What is new:

1. New settings for document capture to remove friction: The system now comes with preconfigured rules for low-friction document verification. Users also have the flexibility to choose which fields for the verification workflow (e.g., document number, last name, date of birth).
2. Biometric face identification capability 1:N match – Offline on iOS: New 1:N face identification when there is no internet connection to the server.
3. Mobile phone number vetting and device security check: Introducing new ID proofing capability using the user’s mobile number, address, and device security checks as a new feature.  This will increase the security posture of the enrollment process.

Enhancements:

1. Admin portal updates: Redesigned and rearchitected user interface for better usability and faster access.
2. 1:N online: Enhancements and bug fixes to improve user experience.
3. Workflow: Added granularity to workflow status to make the transaction more intuitive.
