Aware’s professional services aid our customers and partners in using and integrating our DSL Service Assurance products in their processes to address specific provisioning, customer care or DSL operational challenges.

Areas where Aware can provide assistance are as follows:

Application Customization. Telecom Operators often have unique requirements with respect to their service offerings, operational systems, and business objectives.  Aware can provide customer-specific features or tailor functionality within its DSL Service Assurance products to help our customers address their network-specific requirements and key success factors.

Integration Support. A well-planned integration strategy can help ensure a smooth implementation within an operator’s systems and processes. Aware can help operators or systems integrators to merge Aware’s solutions with existing systems, and to design processes that take advantage of the new service assurance capabilities. 

 Training. Aware can provide advanced product training to customers and partners.  This may include in-person sessions with an operator’s customer care, network operations, or DSL expert technician departments, or with equipment and software vendors’ product specialists and engineering teams.

Consulting Services. Aware has developed a wealth of knowledge and best practices associated with the successful deployment of DSL Service Assurance solutions in real world environments.
