Areas where we provide assistance include:
Consulting Services. We provide our customers with critical insights and best practices for deploying broadband services in challenging wireline environments. Aware undertakes projects that utilize LDP to overcome specific operational challenges and produce measurable benefits for our customers. Consulting examples may include planning for a new service roll out (e.g., IPTV), major technology upgrades (e.g., ADSL2+ to VDSL2), or identifying hidden cost-saving opportunities.
Training. We train our customers to ensure that users get maximum benefit from LDP’s capabilities. LDP training modules include in-person and remote sessions with an operator’s customer care, level II technicians, network operations or with equipment and software vendor’s product specialists and engineering teams.
Northbound Integration. LDP supports various levels of integration to minimize start-up effort and deliver the fastest benefit to selected departments within the operator. We help operators and systems integrators to integrate our scalable LDP solutions with existing OSS systems and processes, and to design new processes that take advantage of the LDP’s capabilities.
